Position: Client Service Executive.

Work Days: Saturday – Thursday

Office Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka 1216.

• Schedule and manage regular client meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and explore new opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty and act as a point of contact for the clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Maintain client records
• Handles requests and queries
• Monitoring the customer service process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in client services preferred.

Salary: Negotiable (Depending on your expertise).
