
SanMo BD is looking for a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) to join our dynamic team. If you are organized, professional, and eager to contribute to executive-level operations, we want you!

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Manage MD’s schedule, meetings, and appointments
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents
- Arrange travel plans, bookings, and logistics
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Coordinate with team members
- Support MD in daily administrative tasks and special projects
- Ensure timely follow-up and task completion
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Female candidate only
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office preferred)
- Relevant experience is a plus
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- No formal education barrier (skills matter most)
