Hiring Personal Assistant to MD

SanMo BD is looking for a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) to join our dynamic team. If you are organized, professional, and eager to contribute to executive-level operations, we want you!

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Manage MD’s schedule, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents
  • Arrange travel plans, bookings, and logistics
  • Maintain confidential records and files
  • Coordinate with team members
  • Support MD in daily administrative tasks and special projects
  • Ensure timely follow-up and task completion

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  • Female candidate only
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office preferred)
  • Relevant experience is a plus
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
